Return & Refund Policy – Astra Beam

At Astra Beam, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or special-order restrictions.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at astra-beam@gmail.com with photos or video evidence.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your item arrived damaged.

  • Your item is defective or not functioning properly.

To process your request, we require clear photo or video evidence showing the issue.

 


Return Process

  1. Submit Request: Email astra-beam@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Approval: Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Shipping Back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

  4. Refund/Replacement: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or send out a replacement.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Important: Refunds are not available for delays caused by customs inspections, postal service issues, or other factors outside of Astra Beam’s control.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged due to misuse, or returned after 30 days.

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, or clearance/sale items.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another, please contact our support team. In most cases, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement product.
