30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or special-order restrictions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Eligible Returns
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery if:

To process your request, we require clear photo or video evidence showing the issue.
Return Process

Approval: Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Shipping Back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

Refund/Replacement: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or send out a replacement.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Important: Refunds are not available for delays caused by customs inspections, postal service issues, or other factors outside of Astra Beam’s control.
Non-Returnable Items

Items not in their original condition, damaged due to misuse, or returned after 30 days.

Gift cards, downloadable products, or clearance/sale items.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another, please contact our support team. In most cases, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement product.
